Gertjan Jobse is a skilled landscape architect and a fine team player. In his work, he focuses on the current themes climate change adaption, mobility and energy.
Gertjan is working for ARCADIS in the Netherlands since 2007. Previously he worked for H+N+S Landscape Architects and Bosch Slabbers Landscape Architects in the Netherlands.
He has a broad range of experience with landscape design and spatial quality in regional planning studies and integrated projects, both in the Netherlands and abroad.
Gertjan is adept in research by design as a form of future research. In multidisciplinary projects he translates various interests in a coherent design. In his view spatial quality is not static, but the result of a good planning process.
Since 2012 Gertjan Jobse is an advisor to the Netherlands Commission for Environmental Assessment. Since 2014 Gertjan Jobse is IFLA delegate for NVTL.
